Individual Therapy
Struggling with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and confidence in your relationships?
You do not have to be perfect to be enough.
No matter what your fears, intrusive thoughts, experiences, or close others have told you in the past, you do not have to be perfect to be safe and my goal is to help you see that and to trust that daily. Many of my clients start out having an underlying sense of anxiety, unspoken insecurities, and unwanted thoughts. Being comfortable with being human is challenging, but in working together, we will build ways to help you to access security within yourself even when anxiety and insecurities arise.

Finding Your Way Home
In my work with clients, I utilize Internal Family Systems combined with ACT and attachment-oriented research. IFS is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that helps clients explore their internal experience in a new way by addressing the needs of the different conflicting “parts” of themselves (i.e. an “anxious” part and an “angry” part) and integrating them into a harmonious whole. Using this framework, I help my clients learn new ways to navigate inner conflicts, reduce emotional distress, and foster personal growth as well as develop a deeper understanding of themselves, enhance their self-esteem, and strengthen their overall emotional well-being.
